In which countries is AccountAbility available?

Our solution is available worldwide and is customisable to your country’s respective tax codes, currencies and languages. It is currently in use across 25 countries, with users from new countries being added regularly.

Is there a minimum number of users for your solution?

Our minimum number of users is 10.

Is there a minimum Contract Term?

We understand that agencies face change all the time, so we like to offer clients flexibility when using our solution. The following are our Contract Terms:

  • 50 or more users = 2 year initial term with 90 days notice for contract termination
  • 49 or less users = 1 year initial term with 60 days notice for contract termination

What customer support is offered?

We’re here to help every step of the way. Our Online Help Centre is included with all monthly subscriptions and provides detailed, up-to-the-minute answers to most questions you may have. For queries regarding system functionality and features, we provide telephone and email support via your Regional Distributor.

What are the up front costs for implementing AccountAbility?

Your distributor will provide a detailed costing based on your specific requirements, such as your agency’s size, locations, subsidiaries and any custom features you may need. This quote will cover up front costs for set-up, implementation and training sessions. Typically implementation costs for AccountAbility are significantly less than the legacy technology competitive installed systems.

How is the implementation of AccountAbility managed?

The implementation and deployment is fully managed by your qualified, expert Distributor. They will work closely with you to understand your agency’s needs and determine the system’s structure. From here, stage managed milestones will be agreed upon so you are kept up-to-speed every step of the way. Importantly, your data will be imported via pre-populated templates, making the whole process easier and less time consuming.

How long before our agency goes “live” with your solution?

We know agencies need a fast turnaround when choosing a solution. Our implementation time is between 4-8 weeks for an agency with 50 or more users. This allows for complete system configuration, system testing, inputting of data and all training sessions before a “go live” date is set.

How secure is my data?

We take the security of your data very seriously. Your data is hosted within the world-class Amazon Web Services data centres. Every client company has their own separate physical SQL server database, and all data and communication between the end user and AccountAbility is encrypted using the HTTPS protocol. AccountAbility manages all your data back-up services, plus daily full server image back-ups. There are automatic scheduled 3 hourly transaction log database back-ups, which are stored securely in multiple off-site.
